The story
Alyssa runs a 1,200-sale Etsy shop out of a Williamsburg apartment. She came in burned by three previous "waterproof" papers that crinkled in summer humidity. We sent the sample pack, she ran a 500-sheet batch on her Epson EcoTank in one afternoon, and the second order followed three weeks later.
