02How do I know the quality will be acceptable from a China supplier?
Trust is earned through process, not promises. Standard safeguards include a pre-production proof or physical sample made to your exact spec, a material spec sheet listing facestock, adhesive, liner, and coating, third-party test reports from accredited labs, and acceptance of third-party pre-shipment inspection by firms like SGS, Bureau Veritas, or QIMA. 03Is there a minimum quantity for custom die-cut shapes?
It depends on the tooling approach. 13Do I have to pay for tooling and plates before I even see a sample?
Not necessarily. Plate and die costs are real bespoke expenses usually quoted separately, but a digital or inkjet proof can typically be produced before any plate commitment, letting you verify artwork, layout, and approximate color at low cost. If tooling cost is a concern for a first order, ask whether digital printing suits your spec — it eliminates plate costs entirely and is well suited to lower volumes.
14Can I test the adhesive on my actual container before approving production?

15Will reorders match my original batch in color and quality?
