The story
Austin-based DTC cosmetics brand needed a tamper seal that stayed legible after six months on a humid bathroom shelf and broke cleanly on first open. PET at 80 microns with a void-pattern adhesive ran on their existing thermal-transfer printer. They moved off a Guangzhou direct-quote vendor that had taken five days per email round.
