This site is operated by Guangzhou Yueyu Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. (广州悦宇包装材料有限公司), Guangzhou, China — "Euphora". Euphora is the data controller for the information described below.
What we collect
Information you submit through our forms and chat: your name, email, company, phone if you provide it, your messages, and sample-basket contents. If you choose to attach a label or package photo, it is sent to an AI model provider only to prepare that reply; Euphora does not store the original image. A single cookie (pref_locale) remembers your language choice. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs.
How we use it
To answer your questions, prepare quotes and sample shipments, and follow up on inquiries. Chat conversations are reviewed by our team to improve the accuracy of our materials knowledge base. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising trackers.
Who processes it
Cloudflare (hosting and logs), Resend (transactional email delivery), the AI model providers that power the live chat, and machine-translation providers for localized pages. Each receives only what is needed to provide the service.
Your choices
Email hello@euphoralabels.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Deleting your inquiry history does not affect anything you have purchased.
